The amount of scary encounters I’ve had lately with distracted and irresponsible dog owners in NYC is wild. Just because two dogs cross paths doesn’t mean they absolutely must say hi or block up the entire sidewalk. Leash aggression is very real!! Also, there’s zero excuse for not picking up your dog’s 💩. Forgot a bag? Ask the next dog parent for one! We’ve all been there, we get it. But major shoutout to the responsible owners with reactive pups who keep them close and advocate for them.
