With a nice break In the wind this last week got to sneak out on the @seadoo #fishpro an look for dinner on the local hunting grounds. Got super lucky with this beautiful yellowtail on the surface lure. When you get lucky enough to catch one of these beautiful fish it’s important you do it Justice an dispatch it as soon as possible an put it immediately in ice or ice salt water mix. Part of fishing is taking care of your catch for prep for the meal your going to make out of it. It’s not all about the Instagram photo it’s also about respecting the process an the food you get from these tasty creatures.
