Ermagherddd!!!! Thank you for 300k!!! This recipe is truly one of my childhood favorites! I remember waking up at Dad’s house on the weekend and getting these made with a dippy egg and some maple syrup on top. They always hit the spot and I wanted to do one of my Dads recipes to celebrate 300k with you all. My Dad was the person who inspired my love for cooking. He taught me the basics of flavoring, fat, acid, salt and heat, temperature control (I liked to burn things back then 🤣) and how to make something out of nothing. Most of my memorable moments with my Dad were in the kitchen. I miss him more than anything and wish he could be here to see me today, I know in my heart I’ve made him proud. His love for laughter and cooking is what I’m most thankful for and every day I film, I know I’m keeping his memory alive in the best way. Thank you all for supporting my dreams, for loving me for who I truly am and encouraging me to continue being myself. I’m weird, loud, obnoxious, crazy and I can’t be more grateful for the love you show me each day just for being true to myself ❤️😢 I am forever thankful that you’re here!
