Miranda Cantacuzene-Speransky, Director of #EliteLondon is joining @mentoring.matters as a Mentor for their next round. Mentoring Matters is a Mentoring scheme and support network for candidates from Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic backgrounds that aims to redress the balance of equality and opportunity within the creative industries. ⁠ ⁠ Miranda said: "Day 1 @ Elite London, #MentoringMatters just had to be part of the conversation. 16 months in and 2 wonderful full-time employees through them later, we are so grateful to now be part of the mentorship program that aligns with so much of what we are endeavouring to achieve @ Elite London. ⁠ ⁠ It’s imperative that we provide opportunities to redress the balance of equality within the creative industries as well as discover and nurture the next gen of future creative industry leaders outside of the historic avenues."⁠ ⁠ For more information on the scheme and how to apply head to @mentoring.matters
