I’m the most beginner cook honestly and here’s the key!! ⭐️ heat pan over medium to medium low heat BEFORE you start cooking. don’t put anything on it. it takes a few mins depending on your stove to heat up. I do water test to see if it’s ready (swipe to see my water test explaining) you don’t have to do that everytime but while Ive been learning it helps me. ⭐️ once it’s hot - make sure you dump any of the water out before you start cooking. add some oil or butter and start cooking as usual!
