hey hi hello there, just here to say we’re starting the new week with some exciting and extremely overwhelming news: @bonappetitmag named us one of their 50 best new restaurants of 2022 😭🥳🍾✨ we’re deeply humbled and grateful to be included on this list, and that BA decided to highlight paradis as a multi-faceted place, even as they particularly appreciate our love affair with sourdough. BA sought to highlight places that are “challenging industry norms and putting their staff first in ways that feel new and refreshing”, and we are proud of who we are and what we do and we have no intention of changing any of it, no matter what. it’s an honor to be included amongst the powerhouses on this list (shouts to our sweet friends from @lot6_littleriver !!!) and we’re just really excited to celebrate this moment with y’all 💛
