This semester Embry-Riddle Dining hosted Monopol-EATS. The event took students on a culinary trip around the Big Cities in the United States, to taste foods they may not have normally tried. Some of the cities included Nashville, Seattle, New Orleans and Philadelphia. Task and trivia questions were also incorporated during the event. Some of the tasks included: entering into "Share the Wealth Sweepstakes", entering their favorite employee into the THX program and taking a selfie and tagging ERAU_EATS. All students who finished the game won a prize! Thanks to the dining team's hard work, 889 students were served at Boundless Dining Hall during the event.
