Superset- Hip Thrusts, Ab twist things ๐คท๐ผโโ๏ธ 15 X 3
Extras
Full sit up with weight X 10
Leg raises X 20
Hip flex stretch
Weights should vary per person. I used:
KB 12-16kg
Tricep 5-10lbs (I think)
Hip Thrusts 25kg
Abs twists 6kg
Lunges 5kg each side (usually do 8kg)
