Many of my patients want a subtle natural improvement to brighten and refresh their skin! I love this patient’s glow up and wanted to share what we did to achieve these results. First, she started a skincare regimen including a retinol and products to brighten the skin (and of course sunscreen)! I used botox to prevent her frown lines, smooth the skin in her forehead and around the crow’s feet and reduce the dimpling in her chin. We did a total of 2 syringes of filler to enhance her cheeks, soften her “marionette line” and balance the chin area. I also treated her under eyes with less than 1⁄2 a syringe of filler with a bit more on her right than left to address some asymmetry. Lastly, I'm a big fan of microdroplets of hyaluronic acid (e.g. Volite, Skinboosters) which we used on her cheeks, neck and a small bit in lips.
