I’m making this post to raise awareness about this sexual predator. Savion Spellman was someone I considered a close friend when first moved to the NY/NJ area. He initially messaged me to shoot and at the time I was eager to get more into the modeling world so of course I accepted the offer. Later on we became good friends and I was immersed into his friend group. I began to feel like they were family and ended up moving from NY to Jersey. One night after his friend Jerrick had gone to bed he decided to make his move on me and started touching me sexually. I was obviously not into it at all and tried to back off but he persisted and told me to lay down so that he could continue provoking me sexually. I refused and told him to stop. The only reason he didn’t continue is because I said I wouldn’t tell anyone what happened if he left me alone. Immediately after I said that he left to go to the bathroom. As soon as he left the room I literally sped to the bus stop in panic trying to get back to my Airbnb. As the next few days went by I became really distant from him and the friend group because I no longer felt comfortable around him and made any and every excuse to not hang out. I never spoke up about it because I was afraid nobody would believe me. I was the new girl to the group and also didn’t want to ruin the dynamic of our friend group as well so I continued to stay silent and hang around. Because I never spoke up about it or said anything to him he thought it didn’t matter to me and continued to act casual with me as if it never happened. The worse part of it all if the very first person I opened up to this about was his best friend Jerrick. His friend literally didn’t care and shrugged the whole situation off and literally said to me. “You know how he gets when he’s drunk” At that point I lost all hope of ever coming out because i felt like if I ever spoke out of this people would fake care and go back to supporting this disgusting man.
