🅵🅴🅴🅻 🅶🅾🅾🅳 🆂🆃🅾🆁🆈 A little over 5 yrs ago I was a volunteer speaker at a Connecticut correctional facility. After I told my story a young man came up to me and asked for information about my barber academy. I told him that I don't like to speak about business at these type of speaking engagements considering I'm not there to promote or advertise. (With my past experiences I only hope to inspire others and give back to my community.) He was familiar with my establishment already I told him once he was released to look me up. Shortly after his release he received a warehouse job and saved up enough to secure a deposit to enroll in my Barbering Program. MJ is now a licensed barber and has been with me for the past 5 years. He is always first to offer his time and energy and is a true team player at my shop. He puts his pride and ego to the side and treats the barbershop as if this is own. TODAY I would like all my followers and friends to wish a happy birthday 🎂and tell him how proud you are of him. It's not easy to turn your life around and barbering has truly been an outlet for so many to do just that. Happy Bday MJ aka @bookyblendz I'm proud of you🙏
