Recipe: - brown 227G butter until golden, then cool to room temp - In a medium bowl, mix dry ingredients: flour (312g), baking soda (1tsp), & salt (1tsp) - Cream cooled brown butter and sugars, 213g brown sugar, 100g granulated sugar. - Mix in two large eggs, beat in one at a time then add vanilla - Slowly incorporate flour into wet mixture and add chocolate chunks - Refrigerate for at least 30 min - Bake at 350°F /176°C 8-10 min
