Here’s how to make this easy recipe: •Peel and roughly chop 1 sweet potato (about 1-1.5 cups). •Boil sweet potato for 10-15 minutes until fork tender. •Mash up sweet potato in a mixing bowl. Add 2 cups flour, 2 eggs, and 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter. •Mix everything together until crumbly, then transfer to a clean surface. •Use your hands to form it into a dough. Add a little more flour if the mixture is sticky. •Roll out the dough to 1/4 inch thick.
