17 years I've been going to the gym. To be honest it's always felt like a chor. Just something I needed to do to keep some kind of shape or just feel good in my skin. My physique has never really change because of my lifestyle but this year I'm starting to feel leaner , stronger and actually enjoying mixing up my diet and gym workouts . The Main Reason for this is I was in a rutt of "Same shit different day" but I've changed alot of things I do in my spare time and just been happier means I'm actually enjoying the things that used to feel like a task. With @avboxingandfitness_intl bootcamo in Dubai around 10 weeks away and a photoshoot in Bali with @sminternationalofficial to it's been alot easier to find motivation. So every year now I'm going to be booking events like these because without something to aim for there is no end goal, no motivation and no Results. Take time to assess where you are falling short . Set some targets small or big and go at them full throttle because one slight change can catapult a whole new work ethic and create a general sense of positivity and happiness in you're life you may of been missing. This does not have to be Gym at all. This is just how I've found a new direction because my targets where to progress in the modeling world and also also improve my physical appearance.
