Today is 7 December! 🎄 Risalamande (Danish rice pudding) is the most traditional dessert at Christmas Eve in Danish homes. The pudding is served cold, and consists of boiled rice, whipped cream, vanilla and almonds. Some family recipes also add a bit of brandy. When making risalamande, one peeled, whole almond is added to the bowl.
