Meet @hartleyfarm , a fifth-generation farm in the village of Winsley with a mission to champion local and seasonal food. The Bowles family have been farming on the edge of the Cotswolds since the early 1800s. The farm is now home to a herd of native-breed cattle, a small flock of laying hens, beehives, fruit orchards and an organic market garden, all producing for the farm shop and kitchen. Hartley provides its own grass-fed beef, organic fresh produce, sourdough & honey from the farm but also works with the very best local farmers, growers and makers. The food champions the seasons here. Being on a farm, it embraces and celebrates the surroundings, in the converted farm kitchen, The Barn.
