Do people still do #TBT? I just realized I did a terrible job at recapping our recent vacation in Nice, France. One of the highlights of the trip was having a drink on this rock in the ocean. This is Le Plongeoir (@leplongeoir) located on the southern coast of France. It wasn’t just a tourist trap either, the food and cocktail program were excellent. Once the site of a diving platform in the early 20th century, Le Plongeoir has transformed over the decades into a unique restaurant serving modern Mediterranean cuisine. Think fresh seafood, seasonal produce, and vibrant flavors. The original diving boards here were a favorite summer hangout for locals in the 1940s, and you can still feel the nostalgia in the air. People were literally swimming in the ocean in front of us while we were there for the sunset! If you’re ever in Nice, this spot is a must-visit for a meal, a sunset drink, or simply to hang and enjoy the vibes.
