The alchemy of rage into empathy has been my sacred path. 💐 “none of us grew up with these tools.” It is frustrating to think of the pain that leads us to harm one another and ourselves, but this rage is also as sacred as the origin of any pain, the forgiveness, and the empathy that understands we all make mistakes.
