I’ll speak from my experience and my hope is that this lands for some of you. The next level of your business requires the next level of you. To step into the next version of you requires awareness to your answers of the following questions. Are control and fear of being wrong holding you back? Are you empowering and building others to help build the company or do you continue to put all the weight on your shoulders? Do you know how to delegate and create accountability? If you had to take five steps back in order to rebuild or pivot, would you going to think less of yourself? Would you think you failed? Would you think that you were not worthy of this journey in the first place? The correct answer is no, but I can tell you from experience, I thought it was an undeniable yes. Really dig deep to find the answer within yourself. Outside perspective may be the catalyst to your next level. If so, ensure you approach the opportunities for perspective like you’re learning a skill for the first time. Depending on your awareness, there’s a very good chance the suggestions from an outside perspective will not feel right at first. That doesn’t mean you should avoid it, though. There’s a chance you’ve probably become too comfortable with your current way of operating. There’s an even greater chance that this is the reason you’re not growing. If I could go back and teach my younger entrepreneurial self these lessons I would have cut several years of mistakes out of my journey (not to mention the countless headaches!). #perspective #implementation #control #entreprenuer #mentorship #leadership
