“It was very traditional and chopped up,” designer Mike Moser (@mikemoserstudio) says of the early 2000s kitchen, pre-renovation in this Connecticut home. He simplified the design by adjusting the windows to be at equal heights; cladding the walls, countertops, and integrated sinks in 12 slabs of the same marble; adding chevron-patterned wood flooring; creating a 14-foot island; installing plumbing from @wtrwrks and Roman shades from @unamalan; and punctuating the look with vintage accessories.
