2021 I became drag queen of the year among other awards, worked at my dream job where I gave so many black and brown performers opportunities, co curated two successful digital festivals that paid numerous performers, been on a plane for the first time, dealt with the worst stress I ever experienced in my life as an event manager, had the most fun at a job as an event manager, had some amazing fun times going out, had a health scare, been diagnosed with chronic anxiety & manic depression, lost my dream job unexpectedly experiencing horrific financial loss, and became the most depressed I’ve ever been in my life. But I’m still here. I am still thriving. And I am ready for what next year brings. No resolutions, things are already set in stone and ready to be amazing. This time I’m focusing more on myself. If you aren’t as enthusiastic about me as I am with you, you’re being left behind. I have done so much for so many people around me. It’s time to be me, be free as I can be and live louder than before. Cheers everyone!
