Last weekends long run was pure magic🪄 This weekend’s long run was pure 💩. The marathon buildup is tough. Training on tired, legs and mentally fighting to keep going. It’s really tough, but we keep coming back for more. Because what else would we do, not train hard? Not work hard? Not optional.
