Taken on my Alpha 7R IV with a 70-200 F4 G lens, the touch screen spot focus feature and the phenomenal resolution of the camera allowed me to pinpoint my subjects eye and nail the shot within the few seconds of opportunity I had as well as giving me freedom to crop without sacrificing image integrity.
