Bake cupcakes according to directions on the box 2. Add orange food coloring to your white frosting. Fit a piping bad with a round tip and add the orange frosting to the piping bag. 3. Frost the cupcakes, add the candy to the center of the frosting leaving space on the outer rim. To create the handle, place a piece of licorice from one side of the cupcake to the other. Enjoy!👻🎃
