Meet our August Tuesdays with Toyota spotlight, Don Muchow, member of the USATF South Texas Association from Plano, Texas. From attempting to lose weight and manage his diabetes, Don’s original goal was to run a marathon. Since then, he’s run a 100-mile race, 200-mile race, a full Ironman, set the fastest known time for a run across Texas in 2019 and if that wasn’t enough in 2021 became the first person to run from Disneyland to Disney World.
