The magic formula 👇
CONSISTENCY.
If you really want to maintain visible abs then you have to be prepared to -
âś… Eat clean
âś… Train hard
âś… Keep active daily
At LEAST 80% of the time.
That means consistently preparing home cooked meals
Eating whole foods and high protein
Abs are mostly built in the kitchen
You don’t need to do ab workouts to have visible abs...
But lifting weights does help to build a strong core through bracing
And daily activity (eg daily steps or some kind of cardio) is also key to staying lean
Ultimately you will never see abs with a high body fat %
So you do have to limit alcohol, takeouts, etc etc - you can only get away with this maybe 20% of the time
And it’s not going to happen overnight either
Accepting lifelong consistency is key 🔑
