The magic formula 👇 CONSISTENCY. If you really want to maintain visible abs then you have to be prepared to - ✅ Eat clean ✅ Train hard ✅ Keep active daily At LEAST 80% of the time. That means consistently preparing home cooked meals Eating whole foods and high protein Abs are mostly built in the kitchen You don’t need to do ab workouts to have visible abs...
