Tried a haircut I’ve never done before. This sounds cliche as heck, but if you don’t actively keep trying to do the new (to you) hard thing, then you stop growing. I’ve been cutting hair for long enough that I can look back at some years where I got better, but more years where I just kept doing the same haircuts I already knew. The years I just kept doing the same thing now kinda feel wasted— I could have been learning. I can’t wait to try this again and again
