As the Thanksgiving is nearly upon us, @chefbeverlykim and @johnnycooks from restaurant @wherewithall_chi, Selected restaurant of MICHELIN Guide Chicago 2022, shares with us a sweet recipe for this holiday full all gratitude. The flavors of the pumpkin and spices make this dessert as a perfect finishing for the Thanksgiving meal.
Tip of chefs: To serve the cake, cut a slice and top it with the pomegranate sauce and fresh pomegranate seeds to garish.
