Caramel Apple Cookies 🍏🍪 These cookies melt in your mouth and will make you house smell like Fall-time! 😍 Ingredients: 2 sticks unsalted butter, softened 1/2 cup granulated sugar 1 cup brown sugar 2 tsp vanilla 2 large eggs 2 1/4 cups all purpose flour 1 tsp baking soda 1 tsp salt 2 tsp cinnamon 1 cup green apple, finely chopped 1/2 cup caramel bits extra caramel for swirling on top Directions: 1. Cream together the softened butter, sugars, and vanilla extract. 2. Add the eggs and continue whisking until lightened in color. 3. Fold in the sifted flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. 4. Add the chopped apple and caramel bits, mixing until well combined. 5. Scoop onto a lined baking tray and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Bake in a preheated oven at 350F for 12-15 minutes. 6.
