Here’s Uno and one of her kittens! She started out with four kittens but she’s now down to three. Of course we were hoping for the best for the kittens but four is really a lot to take care of so it was kind of expected. Despite this being Uno’s first litter and with an eye issue, she’s a very smart cat and is doing an amazing job! We’ve been documenting her progress (without posting) and she seems to be moving the kittens around separately and stashing them in hideaways in order to keep them safe. This tactic is kind of like not putting all her eggs in one basket, if a coyote or male lion finds them, they won’t get all of them. We’re hoping for the best for Uno and her kittens!
