#flashbackfriday to 17 year old me in 1999. It was Christmas and I was in Kansas visiting my parents. my mom had just taken me to get my lip pierced at cowboys tattoo emporium in Missouri (I HATED that stud and put a ring in it the second it was healed). That jacket was some magical number I found at a thrift store. Pretty sure it was a men’s jacket from the 70s. It was definitely highly flammable. And there was definitely a black hair dye stain on the collar. I have always cut my own bangs, though, and I’m pretty impressed at how straight they were even back then. Go me! Not super impressed with the color I have going on though. I was aiming for pastel blue but my almost black hair was hard to bleach myself.
