I got super lost and discouraged over the last year or so, I’ve been unhappy with almost everything I post. I’ve spent months thinking about this, about where I went wrong. And the more I thought about it, the more I see it’s because I’ve gotten caught up in what I think Instagram wants me to do, or who the internet wants me to be. I’ve tried to do what other people have success with or be someone different...when all I really need to be is me. I love making content, I love doing makeup, I love this community I’ve built.
