Warning....Graphic Content! ⚠️ Capsule cutting • SILICONE RUPTURE ⚠️ This patient recently had breast explant surgery in my office. She had 11 year old 400cc silicone breast implants that were placed over the muscle. She presented with symptoms consistent with BII. Upon removal, the right breast implant was intact. However, the left was ruptured in multiple places. I am happy to share that she is already feeling better and is on the road to recovery. . . .
