@namkyuchun – Can Fashion Save Someone’s Life? Namkyu Chun is a native South Korean living in Finland who worked/studied in New York City. Chun’s talk was about his personal journey of searching for a meaningful answer to the question while crashing into different worlds of fashion. In particular, he shared his insights following the placemaking of Helsinki/Fashion in the context of fashion. This includes his research on the recent development of the Helsinki fashion scene from local initiatives, including Pre-Helsinki and Fashion-In-Helsinki, to education, especially Aalto University.
