Had the chance to try out Rossi Nails and I’m soooo impressed! I didn’t encapsulate with clear but instead put a coat of their base coat as a topper before activating. The glitter is so smooth and required almost no buffing. The top coat is the shiniest top coat I’ve used. Seriously.
