this is what happened when I started training with intention... I realised I train because I want to not because I have to, I learnt to do it for myself not for others validation or to fit in a dress nor to look good in pictures. The shape I am in now is what makes me feel strong and powerful so imma keep going if you know me you know I love to be organised and hate leaving everything to the last minute so I prioritised my health: In the last few months: I have been following my own exercise plan and nutrition (everything in moderation) + I have prioritised recovery and I can definitely see a difference in my energy levels. I planned my own workouts as I do with my own clients and that’s because I work best when I know exactly what I need doing, so why not plan ahead if it makes things easier? Try and see how it goes. Every rep counts, so I did each rep as if it was the last one When it came to nutrition I learnt to go off by what is that my body needs rather that what is that I crave for and that changed the game It’s not easy to be consistent. It’s not easy to show up. But if you aren’t, do you think you will get where you want to? As the question goes: “you can’t or you aren’t willing to?” We are all different, we have different priorities and goals, we are built different and we move different BUT regardless what is your why and your end goal one thing stays the same: if you put in your part of the work you will achieve whatever you dreamed of so Let’s go, let’s get it done.
