Post Bali-blues are hitting right now... but here’s some things I learned from my month abroad: — Time spent alone is SO IMPORTANT!! Being stuck in the hamster wheel of your daily to-do list and running around all the time makes it nearly impossible to hear your inner own inner voice — If you’re feeling stuck or blocked creatively, try switching up your environment. Even if its not a trip, go to a new cafe, etc. switch it up — Wherever you go, there you are. Meaning, I still had to deal with the tough things n emotions I was going through even in a new beautiful place. Yes it helps, but dont think that running away will just magically solve your problems lol — Living a life of freedom & purpose is something im so eternally grateful for & now my mission is to help other women achieve the same — If you have a dream, dont stress about the how. I always dreamed of spending a month working away in bali but it seemed impossible... until it wasn’t. Keep going — female friendships are so healing. so grateful to be a woman !! — scooters > cars So happy I had the ability to go Iive n work in Bali for the month, so many new creative ideas and projects were started there too 🫢 BE BACK SOON!! 💗
