The brows NEED to be cleaned, degreased and makeup free before any product is applied otherwise the chemical process your products are trying to do will not work properly or at all. I will ALWAYS cleanse the brows to ensure we are squeaky clean and ready to proceed, going in multiple times if need be. My fav product for this is the @bronsunmayamyuk lash foam cleanser! It is gentle but powerful, but actually moisturises the skin and prevents moisture loss which some highstreet cleansers do.
