Today I post a different post. Today I make a post of vulnerability. Fighting is a difficult sport to endure. The hours training, the blood shed, the personal sacrifices and the relationships you loose. Usually I post positive posts and show myself looking great and winning but today I make this post to show that sometimes you’re the nail and not the hammer. These pictures were from when I fought for a world K1 kickboxing title on sky sports for the organisation UCMMA. This was my biggest loss and In the process, I lost partial sight in one eye. It set me back mentally and it took me a good few years to regain what I lost that day. However I wouldn’t change a thing.
