If you were to ask me which image represents Algarve the most to me, this would be it. ⠀ ⠀ The whole coastline is littered with these huge succulents (I think they might be called Agave), that can grow several meters tall. As a cacti and succulents lover, I was obsessed. Let me also tell you about seagulls, aka the bane of every drone photographer coming to this area. I might not have travelled much, but I swear I’ve never seen seagulls as big as these. If you plan on droning along the coast watch out, these guys are ruthless. Still, watching them glide over the sea at sunset will always be one of my favourite memories from the trip.
