Hack your air and water quality with these SIMPLE yet EPIC hacks from my talk at @biohackersummit last month.
🌳Hack your air quality
If you get tired and struggle to focus during the day, you might be surprised how much of a difference opening a window makes! That’s why I’m obsessed with my @get_altos air quality monitor. I carry it everywhere and it tells me when oxygen is dangerously low so I can open a window or run an air purifier.
🌬️Oxygenate with breathwork
Just like opening a window brings more oxygen into the room, doing breathwork actively oxygenates the body and makes you feel PUMPED! I practice every morning, either manually with the @iceman_hof app or with my @airofit_sport . The Airofit is great because it allows me to track my progress and improve my lung strength and capacity.
đźš°Filter your water
Tap water is full of nasty chemicals, heavy metals, prescription meds AND drugs like coke. If you want to be healthy, purifying your water is non-negotiable. Reverse osmosis filtration is by far the best system there. The @aquatrueurope countertop system is affordable and filters 99% of contaminants from water. Just don’t forget to add minerals BACK to your purified water by adding a pinch of sea salt.
