I had the most incredible Ayurvedic lymphatic drainage treatment yesterday with the guru that is @dimpleamani .... Using her own blended facial oil, containing tumeric, geranium, rose, frankincense and ashwaghands the amazing massage is both relaxing and energising ... the lifting effects are phenomenal and this is such an amazing treatment pre red carpet or special occasions ... after an hour of this incredible facial workout it ends with a cup of Dimple's deliciously comforting tea .... This is definitely worth a regular trip to Pimlico ... my skin felt lifted, soft and sumptuous after, and I floated back home in the rain beaming!!
