Quick try on of the new @charlottetilbury eyes to mesmerize in golden eclipse, sunlit glow, and exagger-eyes. Golden eclipse is a semi sheer, bright yellow gold. I only needed one layer to get that pigment. Sunlit glow is a lot more sheer, the soft gold base is almost undetectable and it just has a pink shift in certain lights. I found when I bills the color up to fill opacity it creased pretty badly, so I would set your expectations that it looks best as a sheer layer. Exagger-eyes is by far my favorite, it’s a sheer peach base with a ton of silver shimmer. I find that as this wears throughout the day, the base color fades and the silver shimmer starts shining more brightly, and I actually love the way it looks. But if you don’t like glitter, I’d avoid this one. This is one of my all time favorite cream eyeshadow formulas because it’s so blendable and easy to work with, but these are not budge proof. They do crease and fade slightly by the end of the day, but not in a way that looks super messy on me. I personally don’t mind eyeshadow looking a little lived in, but if you want something that will last all day it may not be the formula for you. What do you think? Do you like these new shades?
