These are SO bomb! Makes 6 - Dough: 1/3 cup peanut butter, 1 scoop protein powder (can sub 2-3 tbsp oat or coconut flour), 1/2 tbsp coconut oil •coating: 1 1/2 cups chocolate + 1 tbsp coconut oil. Line a muffin tin with liners. Melt the chocolate& oil. Add a little to the bottom of each one. Freeze for a few mins until hard. Mix together the dough ingredients. Roll into 6 balls & press them onto the bottom layer of chocolate. Add a little jam to the top of each one. Pour remaining chocolate over the tops, covering the jam.
