I mean, waking up to those views? Absolute magic. And don’t even get me started on the breakfast buffet – Taho for the win! Of course, I couldn’t miss out on trying Bulalo, the quintessential Tagaytay dish. That hot, meaty, savory bowl of soup? Pure comfort, especially in that cold and breezy weather. And let’s not forget about the Philippine green mango, hands down the best in the world. Tangy, sweet, and refreshing – it’s a taste of home. Then, there was @skyranchph Tagaytay, adding some serious adrenaline to the mix. @windmillphl at Lausanne, a high-end restaurant and cafe in Crosswinds Tagaytay, caught my eye. It offers a one-of-a-kind dining experience, being the first and only Danish village in the Swiss-inspired community of Tagaytay. After that, I made a stop at the infamous @starbucksph Reserve Hiraya. This place is legendary for its striking views of Taal Volcano and Taal Lake,not to mention its intricate design and cinematic structure. And the coffee experience? Next level. I had to try their specially crafted Hiraya Latte and snagged one of their Been There Mugs for my collection. Now, let’s talk breakfast! I’m a morning person, so I made sure to explore some top breakfast spots. Charito by @bagofbeans_tagaytay Some blew me away – some say it’s one of the best breakfasts they’ve ever had in the Philippines. And those Buttered Cheese Rolls? Absolute must-try, trust me.Another spot I checked out was @breakfastatantonios The serene atmosphere was just what I needed to start my day right. Sure, it’s a bit on the pricey side, but the food?Worth every penny. But you know what made this trip truly epic?Having my friend show me around like a Tagaytay pro.Their laughter, their stories, they made every moment even more special.
