To say I am proud is an understatement! In 4 months Sarah has completely transformed her physique & mindset. In February she felt stuck. She was unsure of where she was going wrong She had low self esteem and wasn’t confident in her own ability to get into incredible shape She was doing strength training classes in her gym & felt like she was eating healthy foods But she was becoming frustrated by the fact that her efforts didn’t show through her physique. So how did Sarah achieve these results? 👉 we built a flexible swaps based diet plan together based on the foods she was already eating so that she could progress WITHOUT tracking 👉 I built a training program tailored to Sarah’s specific needs so that she could workout at times which fit her schedule & build confidence with knowing what to do in the gym so that she didn’t have to rely on classes 👉 we focused on Sarah’s individual progression by tracking her workouts and setting performance targets in my app🤳 👉 we used a swaps based approach to Sarah’s diet to give her variety with food choices and tasty recipes 👉 we used calorie cycling and regular diet breaks so that Sarah could still socialise without losing progress🍻 Before the wedding Sarah had to get her dress altered THREE TIMES. She now fits back into her old high school dress size🤯 And most importantly - she is the most confident & strong ever!
