It's WAY too common for florists to do EVERYTHING alone and it makes this job a total 'shit show.' Sorry, there's no better way to put it. :) If you have a hard time letting others into your business, you can always start with the non-revenue generating tasks that must get done! These activities rarely have anything to do with your zone of genius and don't play a major roll in the revenue your business brings in. You may be thinking, "But I can't pay people with the amount of money my business is bringing in!" The not-so-magical part of having help is that you have more time! You can focus on YOUR zone of genius. You can bring more ideas to life. You can build more relationships in the industry. You can take on more work.
