Key personal takeaways: - Nobody is in web3 ( try web2.2 - 2.5 ) let’s also just call it tech... - Decentralisation is an opportunity to redistribute equity around the world. Make sure we push for this and not only service the select few ( 88% of worlds youth outside of the western world ). - Lead with ethics regardless of everyone else being irrational. - Build products with real long term value. - Be cognisant of infrastructure barriers before talking about global blockchain adoption. Take global internet connectivity as an example ( two thirds of the worlds children have no access to a working internet connection ) and lets rally others to help solve. - Education is key. Be inclusive with knowledge gained and make sure to create safe environments for people to onboard. - Digital people are real people. - You learn a lot more from giving than receiving. Xx
