🌿 SUSTAINABLE FORAGING 🌿 Foraging has been such a fantastic way for me to create a deep connection to the Earth over the years ✨ It’s a joy that everyone should have access too! By foraging consciously and following a few simple rules, we can have a positive effect on this wonderful place we call home! 🌎 Here are some tips on how to forage sustainably 🥰 1. Check your location! Respect any bylaws that might be in place to protect conservation areas. ✅ 2. Only ever pick small amounts from areas of abundance!🌱 3. Always spread your impact, move over the land as you forage so you don’t deplete one area 🌏 4. Tread mindfully and be careful not to trample on wildflowers as you go 🌸 5. Give back!
