My safe spaces have been called “Soft Porn” “Not Appropriate for our page” students have been asked “are you having a mid life crisis”. I am aware of the micro aggression that’s trying to be placed on something that GOD has blessed me with. I know that when I am fully walking in my purpose and answering the calls that’s when enemies from all sides will try to step in and throw me off track. I understand that not everyone is READY to begin their healing journey. I have pity for those who walk around with self hate and deflect their emotions onto others. I also have compassion for those who are lost and simply need a helping hand to hold. But what I do not have is the tolerance for disrespectful, degrading, discriminatory words or actions to be said about MY TEACHINGS, CLASSES, WORKSHOPS. This is a declaration to all those who are seeking refuge during their body freedom journey. You will find safety in my space no matter the building i’m in. You will be heard, seen and cared for. To those who would even dare shame these women & men from utilizing a tool that YOU don’t understand.
